Customer Service Engineer
1. Diploma or above in IT related discipline
2. At least two years of hands-on experience in end user support including:
- Installation of printer, desktop / laptop computer,
- Installation and support of MS Office
- Installation and configuration of MS Window XP, 2003 or above
- Connection to MS LAN environment
- Installation of Anti-virus software and update of pattern
3. Knowledge of print and file server administration, Internet connectivity and file backup and restore operation will be an advantage
4. Good verbal and writing skill in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
